The story
Bodé Aboderin is a business leader, author, keynote speaker, strategic brand builder and creative entrepreneur. His career spans two worlds, the corporate and the creative, and he operates at the intersection of both with a rare combination of commercial discipline and cultural intelligence.
Born in Nigeria and based in the UK, Bodé spent over a decade at the sharp end of the construction industry as an Account Director, managing multi-million pound Tier 1 contractor portfolios and building a reputation for high-stakes client relationships, commercial rigour, and strategic thinking. Then he made a deliberate choice: to walk away from a senior corporate career and build something entirely on his own terms.
Today, Bodé runs a growing portfolio of creative and commercial ventures, managing talent at the highest level, building brands, developing original productions, and speaking to corporate audiences across the UK. He is co-founder of Undeniable Productions, a creative production company developing podcasts, live shows, and scripted work, and a published author in his own right. His client and partner list spans media, entertainment, and the corporate world, a reflection of the range and ambition he brings to everything he touches.

Part memoir, part manifesto, Fatherhood by Papa B is Bodé’s debut book, a candid, practical and deeply personal guide to modern fatherhood that challenges the scripts men inherit and offers a new framework for what it means to be a present, ambitious, and emotionally engaged father and leader.
Published by DK/Penguin Random House, the book draws on Bodé’s own journey, from growing up in Nigeria to navigating corporate Britain, to making the radical choice to rebuild his life and career around his values. It is as much a book about leadership and reinvention as it is about parenting.
